Delete Your HereSign Account and Data

Delete in the app

In HereSign, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Follow the account verification and deletion steps.

If you cannot use the app

Email the address below from the email address linked to your account. Use “HereSign account deletion request” as the subject and tell us whether you want to delete the entire account or specific data. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send your password.

Data covered

Deletion covers your account, user profile, viewing history, saved analysis results, and their preview images. Associated reports and feedback are also handled as part of the request.

Delete specific data

Delete individual history or saved items in the app, or email us with the records or data you want removed.

Data that may need to be retained

Some records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, or fraud prevention. See the privacy policy for details.

Food boards stored on your current device are separate from cloud account records. You may need to remove their items in the board or clear the app data on that device.
